Ignitus is a character from Mega Man Neo (metalsonic30.deviantart.com/ga… )
He is a member of the Celestial Masters, a group of rivals/"antagonists" who's goal is to challenge the heroic Mega Man Neo and eventually capture him for unknown means. He controls the fire that courses through his body. He is always itching to fight and will get angry when things don't go his way. He is quick on his feet, blazing through his enemies with his fire power and leaving behind fire trails when in a fight. He's also an expert on explosions and a pyromaniac. Despite his temper, he is actually a very good strategist and knows how to fool his opponents depending on the situation. He's arrogant, brash and pretty violent, but he follows his master's orders with little to no fuss. He looks like a 15 year old.
